Zeltom provides secure online transactions. We take the utmost precaution to protect your privacy. We do not distribute, sell, lend, or otherwise present your private information to any person, company, or organization. Terms of Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks and Money Orders in US funds via PayPal and Bank Wire Transfers.
Shipping & Handling
All Domestic and International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), unless noted or advised otherwise.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours from time of checkout. Processing and shipping are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST. We do not ship or process on Sundays, holidays, or anytime the post office is closed for any reason.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow returns and exchanges on some of our products. The return time is 15 days from the purchase of the product. Items can only be returned if they have not been opened, assembled or installed. All of the units and components are tested before shipment and are in perfect working condition. Damage to the components or the units during assembly or operation are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Zeltom is not to be held responsible in any event for these damages.
